i'm assuming this is the same pic you posted in reefcentral.com....from atlantic rock?
if the doc passes by he might be able to nail it, but my guess:
if it is atlantic rock, it could possibly be Neogonodactylus oerstedii...if this is pacific rock, one good possibility is Gonodactylus smithii....max size you would get would be around 8 cm or so (if i remember correctly from another thread).
