Mantis???

I was wondering if mantis shrimp burrow in the sand. I think I might have one. He or she has burrowed a hole in the sand up against the glass. I flashed some light in the hole and there looks to be something resembleing a mantis. Its pretty small, problaly about 3/4 of an inch. Any thoughts?

My old manti burrowed in the sand so, sounds like you got one. A lot of people on htif orum would take him of your hands
