March nTOTM Entries Needed

Doing really good guys. Thin Crust that is a great picture of the clown and the brain. Does he host it?

Here's my 29 gallon Biocube, been up for about 1 1/2 years.
Custom nanotuners 150 watt MH upgrade with 2 actinic bulbs.

yep, they sure do. the brain doesn't seem to mind but i hope it doesn't try to eat one of them. :mixed:

Yeah right. You come home one day and see the clowns tail sticking out of the brains mouth. Mine is hosting in the hammer coral which is way to small to host in anyways.

Great looking tanks.

The final 5 will be decided on Sunday evening so if anyone is on the fence about entering you have until then. I figure that will also give people time to clean up their tanks this weekend and get some pictures.....

Very nice "soft" tank! How often do you trim the Xenia?

I use to have to cut it back every 2 weeks or so, that last remaining piece was the only stalk I fragged and saved a couple weeks ago and it's already grown 3 new stalks. :)

I'm glad this has been brought back. I've just done a complete redesign inside and out, so hopefully nTOTM will still be going strong when I'm ready to enter.

audio what kind of lighting / filtration do you have running? Your tank looks great

Thanks.

I have a 150w sunpod with a 20k ushio lamp and for filtration I have a medium cpr refugium (great investment) with cheato and rubble rock.

I was hoping to get it raised to 40 gallons with the popularity of the 40 breeders lately. :(

Me too:sad2:

This is my 29g reef. It has a Prizm skimmer that is working pretty good and a HOB converted fuge. The lighting is a 175w 12000k Reeflux bulb.

I can't take very good pictures, though.

I'll play. 5.5 pistol shrimp/yellow watchman goby tank.

All corals except for the green star polyps are captive propagated. Can't vouch for the GSP because they were hitchhikers on live rock. I have no idea where they came from.

Circulation is a Rio 200 gph powerhead hidden behind a built in overflow. There is also a heater in the overflow. Lighting is 6 cold cathode fluorescent 12" bulbs powered by a 1500 mA 12 volt transformer.

Maintenance is 12 oz water changes every 10 days and dripping kalk for top off.

The stand is a junk store find for cheap, the hood has since been upgraded.
