just got myself a pair of maroon clowns and a neni for them they have been in my tank for 2 days and all she is doing is rearanging my sand bed fanning it out of the way all the way around the neni why would she do this the pair of them have not left the neni just for short bursts to get some food any ideas

clownfish are known to sweep sand from around the anemone as a means of cleaning out a spot for them. which kind of anemone do you have? if it is a sand dwelling species be careful that they dont remove all of the sand from around its base. this can cause the anemone to move.

PS- use periods in your sentences so that its easier to read ;)

the only info i have about the neni is that it is a green bubble tip. which is sitting on a piece of rock.but since putting this artical up is now on the move
