Mating dance this fast?

Alright, after awhile of putting my 20 gallon together, I decided to pick up some clowns, I picked up one at one LFS on thursday (full grown female), and I picked up a smaller one at another LFS. Within 15 minutes of the smaller clown being in the tank, My female started doing the crazy things they do when they want to pair off (floating upsidown, twitching, just all sorts of wierd stuff), Is it normal for a female to react to a male so fast? Or is it possible that the female I purchased is already pregnant?

They're just getting to know each other, and establishing dominance. In a few days/weeks, they should start swimming together and sleeping together, and then voila, you have yourself a pair! Getting them to actually spawn (clownfish are egglayers, so the female isn't pregnant, to answer your 2nd question) is a whole 'nother story
