Maxima clam help needed- possible pest

We have a maxima with some white "cone like" growths on it's shell (fuzzy white). A couple of these growths have tentacles.

Any idea what they are?

looks like a sponge nothing to worry about. just take out the clam and clean him off with a brush

The first one looks like a sponge and the second is almost certainly an ascidian. In both cases, it is really nothing to worry about but if you are concerned maybe try searching for boring sponges here and on google. Ascidians are 100% harmless filter feeders that usually don't survive for very long in reef tanks.
