Ed's been doing a great job getting donations for the raffle, there's some great items from these people he's listed above.

Pumps, chemicals, lighting...all kinds of good stuff! We are also having a silent auction on clams and another on SPS corals, a frag swap, tank tour, and as Ed mentioned, the meals on Friday AND Saturday night.

The paypal buttons are up on the site, pre-order on tickets really is to your benefit. 5 free raffle tickets if you sign up before July 4th! If you have problems with the Paypal for some reason, PM Ed or I, we can get you the Paypal address to use, and we'll make sure you get put on the list.

See you here in Richland WA in a few short weeks! Oh, and don't let the desert in the middle of summer scare you away, the main functions will all be in A/C equipped buildings this year. Only the Friday night social & Frag demo by Kevin Pockell will be outside, but the sun goes behind the trees early!

Steve Tyree is donating corals. One is a Sunset Monti.

Steve was a guest speaker the first year of Conference. He wants to keep this going also. Thank you Steve. (smile)
He will be doing a Coral Farmers Market in first of August in Portland, August 4th. It should be a good time.

The hobbyist are getting active in the Summer months in The Pacific North West!

This sounds like one you don't want to miss so we will definately be there. With all those raffle items, ones bound to go home with something and if not, we can all learn something valuable from these very knowledgable speakers. We are looking forward to meeting others who enjoy the same hobby as we do. This will be our second time attending and we had a blast at the first so we know this will be even better. Hope to see new faces join us to share this great event. :)

If you are consider the conference, it is a fantastic one. I had a great time with many interesting things at the last one.

Skipper,
We can use help letting more people know about conference. If you want to come it would be awesome. Ticket sales are going pretty good. Its one week away. We were able to get discounted room rates from people that supported this event in past.
I recieved a email last night from a Motel. That Motel a very nice hotel, offered room rates of $60. plus tax for this event. There are a lot of things going on in Tri-Cities the same week. The Miss Tri-Cities Scholarship Pagent is going on, J. Witness Conference going on. Those are two other things happening at same time. So contact me or someone on Website for blocked rooms. If you try to get a room on last minute with things going on in Tri-Cities, your chances are slim.
We have lots of good sponsors. A awesome Barbeque with Tri-Tip, etc on Friday. A catered meal also on Saturday.
Saturday am we will meet for Breakfast, hand out Tank tour maps, Do the Tank Tour. Then go see Presentations from Sanjay and Mike Palletta. Then Back to a Meeting Place for Food, Drinks, Raffles, Auctions in a Air Conditioned Motel. As far as price for what you get its hard to beat. There was a lot of research done by Midcolumbia Saltwater Aquarium Club to get you alot of Quality for as little price as possible.

I hope you do come to meeting. Its definitely a sleeper of a meeting. We are growing!
Come one, Come all. Lets learn, share and grow!

Hey Ed. Sorry I can't make it. :( However, since your event is coming up in only a matter of days, it'd be a good idea to send me the info so I can get it on our page as soon as possible.

Thanks!

Skipper,

Can you take the HTML code from my post above? That is our flyer for this event. If not, please tell me how to get this to you and I'll do my best to get it over ASAP.

Nate Canfield

Yes, I could, but it would be too large. The amount of text needs to be reduced to roughly the same amount as the other events on that page. If we put that amount of text, then all the other events would complain that their announcement was not as large.

I want to say thanks for all the support given to make this a experience of a lifetime. Euroreef, Elos, Tunze USA, IAP, Aquatic Dreams, Shark Reef, Seachem, Koi Joy, PFO Lighting, Brightwell Aquatics, Amazon Bay, I know I am forgeting people.

People from Hawaii, California, Oregon, Idaho, Pennsylvania, Montana, Washington all met at one place and I hope you had as much fun I did. Thank you all for making this such a great event.
God Bless you All!
pm me if you want pictures of this event. It would be a pleasure.
Sincerely,
Ed Hahn
