Granovit is the recommended media for the bio-reactor in my Compact Kit 16. Can't seen to find any searching my usual haunts. Substitute media?

Also, my skimmer collection cup is damaged....where can I get a replacement?

You can order the granovit through any dealer, you need 4 boxes, it is very cheap, $2.21 a box and I don't think anything else will work properly. The cup is part 0220.14 and they run about $35 without the lid. If you prefer I do sell spare parts but I only take Visa and MC. My phone number is 512-833-7546.
