well im getting a clown fish that is WC and i want to be ready with any desises that they have. the last clown died from popeye and internail paristies too. i also do have a 10gallon QT. and i would rather not use copper cause i would like my clowns to breed if ever possible. so what meds so i get before i get the clown. thanks for anyhelp puffer21

Hmm, I guess some nitrofurazone, formalin, and some antifungal be the handiest items to have, but you could ask in the fish disease forum. You could consider just doing a careful freshwater dip (matching temperature and pH) and feeding some garlic to the fish. There's some evidence that garlic will help with internal parasites.

I don't really know much about parasites, but that's an antibiotic, and so it wouldn't help with parasitic animals.
