Metal Halide Ballast Wiring

Somehow I managed to disconnect the wiring on my 150W metal halide ballast box when moving it. Wires slid out of two of the connectors and I'm not sure which ones went where. The box itself has no labeling other than FEQ8.817.189 -

Anyone have any advice on how to wire or a schematic?
