OK, this is my very FIRST attempt at any type of sheet metal work.
This is a 19" version that I hope to use with a 400w mh setup.
I had a 6' x 4' sheet of hammered aluminum, so that is what I used for this project.
Once I get the light installed and hung over the tank to see what it looks like, I hope to build a couple more reflectors.
There is a detailed thread on the main RC about building reflectors.
