Micro bubbles

My newly set up tank has tons and tons of tiny little bubbles in the water

Are these bad?
Will they go away with time?

Could it be due to a new protein skimmer?
its a Remora

thanks!

Its a 58g with overflow in the corner
The overflow dumps into a wet/dry trickle filter sump thingy
there are only 2 compartments, so no room to install baffles or anything.

the bubbles are def. coming from the remora... its brand new.

Are the bubbles bad or just not asthetically pleasing?

I have a jebo protein skimmer that put tons of microbubbles into my tank when It first started and I freaked too but they go away, It needs to just get broke in dont worry

The bubbles just aren't aesthetically pleasing and after a while they will go away when everything starts to "slime up" unless there is a leak in the plumbing letting in air.

Does your Remora have a tube that lets the air come in? If so you can cut and shorten the tub to allow the air less travel which means more air to water ratio and less bubbles. Cute about 1/4 off and see how it works for you. Then if you want to cut more be my guest. I cut half of my tube and no more bubbles except when its feeding time then I know it working lol.
