i am looking to use this fixture in a 12-15" canopy with the 14,000k phoenix bulb, anyone have any experience with this fixture/bulb combo.

I dont but they seem like really good setups. Just make sure you have proper ventalation.

I have a PFO mini pendant with a 14k phoenix and REALLY like the color. It gets my vote. :thumbsup:

is yours mounted in a canopy and how hot does it get

I just put it in a canopy (open top and back) today, with (2) 4" fans blowing. The fixture get hot, but isn't causing a problem.
