modded 24g nanocube for sale

hi fellow reefers. if any lives around the 626 213 area, i am going to be selling my modded 24g nanocube because i am going pico. what i am asking for is 235 or OBO. this includes the orginal nano cube stand (not the S one), upgraded lighting (2by36 & 2by32), jbj surface skimmer, an extra 36w pc bulb, heater, and upgraded pump (rio 1100). i also modded the 2nd chamber into a refug. here are the links to check out some pictures.
