mortar mix for rock

I used Sacrete mortar/stucco mix to make some rock. I was looking at their site and found this info. Can I still use it if it is cured? I dont have a clue about the stuff that is in it.

This product consists of a heterogeneous mixture of hydraulic cement and sand. The major compounds are:
