Moving 60 gallon reef tank

I am about to move my 60 gallon reef tank to a different room and was wondering if anyone had any tips. It has been running for 2 years and has 3 fish and various LPS and soft corals. There is flatworms now so I will be able to irradicate those buggers. How much old water should I use in the new setup? Should I re-use the 3" sand bed? Any tips will be greatly appreciated.
