Moving fish cross-country

I plan on driving down from Chicago to Fort Lauderdale, Florida to pick up my fish (Imperator, French, Purple Tang, Perc. Clown, & Chyrsarius) that my sister has been holding since I've moved.

I plan not to feed them for 2 days prior to the trip back up to Chicago. Day of the move, pack them separately in double bags in styrofoam boxes and add Amquel+ water conditioner (which will neutralize the ammonia). I will have an air pump running to each bag so as to provide oxygen during the whole trip back up which should take around 24 hours worst case scenario.

Do you think the fish would make it?

Thought about Delta Dash (air freight), but since I'm already going to be driving down there might as well pick them up on the way back. Thanks.
