Moving 'shrooms

I have a 20L with a nice little 'shroom colony growing. Recently I cycled a 29 gallon and would like to put some of them into it. BUT, they are all attached tightly to the rocks. How do I remove a shroom or two from the rocks in my 20L and attach them to the rocks in my 29?
