Mp10 dry side falling off

All I've done was adjust the duration on my pulse mode and all of the sudden it started falling off. I have 3/8 inch glass I believe so I don't think it needs the spacer. Does anyone know why this could be happening?

I would recommend giving your wetside a good cleaning and ensuring the dryside is supported using the included hanging tabs.

A cleaning? Even after it being brand new? And I am using the hanging tabs that were included in the box.

I adjusted the intervals to 10 second intervals and it stopped falling off. But when it's set to 2 second intervals that's when it falls off. That just doesn't seem right.
