MutliController 7095 pumps stuck at 80%

Roger,

My 7095 controller has been running flawlessly for one year but since yesterday, I have noticed that the 100% leds on both channel are no longer lightened. It seems that the two pumps are stuck on 80%. The strange part is I am sure the leds are ok because when I set the min to 100%, both are lightened until 100% What is going on? I have cleaned up one of the pumps two days ago.

Thank you

When this starts after some time of successful running it generally means the pumps are not completely clean. Read the thread on cleaning the pumps at the top of the forum and pay special attention to the upper bearing and the hole in the magnetic rotor.

I am having the same issue. My pumps have been in the water for 4 months now. I have taken my pumps apart and I did find that it was a little dirty under the rotor bearing. I cleaned the pumps up and put them back together. I was still having the issue. I took apart the pumps again to find I have a missing O-ring now that goes between the magnet and the prop assembly on one of my pumps. Can I order some of these O-rings from you, Roger?

What is the next course of action if I still can't get the pumps up to 100% output?

7095 Controller settings:

Interval #2

Top left - max
Botom left - min
Top right - max
Bottom right - min

If it worked once before and now doesn't I doubt it can be anything except a dirty pump, most people overlook the upper bearing and magnet, please double check these, I posted a thread at the top of this forum to help explain. The oring you are missing dampens noise, nothing more. I can send you one.

The pumps are clean enough to eat out of and it still won't spin the pumps up to 100%. I checked the blue box's and the set screws are turned all the way up to the max position.

I want to post a follow up to this issue. After shipping both the 7095 controller and the 6100 pump driver. It was determined that the drivers were faulty. I didn't get an explination as to the cause of the driver issues. However, Roger did resolve my issue very promptly by sending me new drivers. My pumps are now working at 100% as they should be.

Thanks again Roger for the great customer service.

Mike C.

I really don't know what caused this, never seen it before, that is why I didn't have an explanation.
