Well... after almost 2 years of no tank I couldn't take it any more. About a month ago I got the itch to buy a new tank. I had thought about buying the Solano 60 gallon set up and even a Elos set up. But I decided to piece it together and get everything I wanted.

So I ordered a 24" x 24" 24" Starphire 60 gallon cube from glasscages. After scraping off a ton of extra silicone from tank it looks to be a-ok.

Is that some additional glass siliconed to the bottom of your tank? Kind of like bracing?

Nice stand BTW... What is that black foam your tank is on?

I am building my 60 cube now. I was thinking of the Reef Octopus 4... How do you like it? also any photos of the fuge area all set up? How often is your ato filling up? That return area looks kind of small?

I had to sell the setup as I am moving to California next week. I will say the lights were awesome, I am very bummed I had to let it all go so soon.
