How do you get such good actinic shots? Mine always look washed out and unfocused. I also have VHO's.

I dont really do anything special when taking actinic shots. Very much the same as taking pics with my main lights on. About the only thing i try to do is slightly underexpose the pictures and i find i dont get the washed out very blue looking pictures.

Im using a Nikon D200 DSLR
Always on a tripod, with the camera set square to the glass to stop distortions.
Always use the self timer too to reduce camera shake.

Prob also helps i have starfire glass.
