I thought this was a nice find. This is the photo after my good friend got the other half of it, well I had to he picked it up for me=). I am sure in time it should color up even better

That's beautiful. I'm pretty new to the coral world, and especially LPS. I see some beautiful favia online all the time as frags...I never see large grown out favia's in tanks. Do they grow well and big? I'd love to see any that are over 8" x 8". I hope yours does.

as far as growth this i think it will grow on the slow side. i really like this for the color.
