Thought I'd download some pictures of my latest project. I'm still working on the cabinet doors.

Sweet looking!! I remembered seeing your other tank in person when I picked up that chaeto from you. Looks great!
 
looks great man. do you get any light spill, with the module so high up? how did you mount it to that bar?

The light spill is not as bad as I feared (the light is 12" above the tank). The AI LED fixture has a mix of 70 and 40 degree optics, so that helps. I welded an 1" EMT coupling to three pieces of 14 gauge metal that form a U shaped mounting bracket. I can post a picture of it if you want.
 
Here are a couple of pictures of the mount I built. I used 1" EMT conduit. I tried to bend a 90 degree elbow myself but I couldn't get a nice clean radius so I ended up purchasing a pre-bent 90 at Home Depot.

The bracket allows me to swing the light left or right to clean the tank.
