Ya. I accidentally dropped one egg and it cracked. So, I made a omlet.
It tasted soooooo good! Even though they are tiny. Maybe I can sell quail eggs on here?

no, seriously
i would not mind taking 2 little chickies, i can either hand raise them or trick my silky hen into taking them (she is so dang maternal all you do is put her in a dark box and put store bought chicks under her and by morning she is in mom-mode)
do they get at least as big as a pigeon? my pens wire is just barely small enough to keep my pigeons from getting out

Umm... They are either the same size as a pigeon or a little bigger. 4-5 inches when full grown I believe.

cool, i have a very lareg pen, 30X12X8 (half has a wire roof, half has a wood roof with 3 walled in sides) which houses 3 ducks (who get let out every other day since they are too big for the hawks to grab) 6 pigeons and 8 bantam hens and 1 rooster so 2 quail will fit right in ^__^
i have been wanting some quail or guniea hens for a long while, however after spending a day at gibson ranch listening to some irritatting guinea hens cackle their brains out i decided i realllllly don't want one in my back yard XD
and peacocks are too big and also very loud...
and geese...i hate geese, had 2 of them once, they poop like dogs and they attacked me! i let them go at gibson ranch with permission...the female would STILL attack me when i came to visit >_< gert dang bird!
