My skimmer is producing a watery skimmate than i think it should

The skimmer I have is a Bubble King 250 internal. I just added the live rock to the 210 tank yesterday and turned the skimmer on. The skimmate is mostly jsut a yellowish water that is being produced. There is no real thick dark skimmate being produced yet. Is there a problem, should i adjust something?

It will need break in time, sometimes a few days and sometimes a month. The only thing that it has to remove from the tank now is the dieoff from the new rocks.

New skimmers made of plastic/acrylic have a certain amount of oil on their surfaces. This will wear away fairly quickly, and your skimmer should begin to produce a dryer darker foam. What you're seeing is very normal.
