Nano?

Its kinda ambiguous on where the cut off is it seems. There is JBJ that calls their tanks "nano" cubes that is almost 30gal.

Nanos are usually 30 and under which is the cut off point on RC for the Nano forum.
The difference between nanos and other tanks is that they have slightly different needs to maintain. Things happen quickly in them for good and bad so they need to have more attention paid to parameters and stock choices to keep them stable.

If you have time to do weekly maintain nano is great to way to go. Nano tank normal are nice if you make simple and clean. 30 gallon and under is a nano.
