Nanocube/Aquapod stock lighting enough for RBTA?

My kids are getting 24 gallon nanos for their birthdays. My son wants to put one of our baby RBTA's in his.

I think that the 70watt stock PC lighting is not enough for a RBTA. Am I correct?

Its my impression that they do not need alot of light

I think it should be alright if you plan on feeding it also.
