Nashville and Louisville Reef Stores

I am going to be in both towns this weekend, and was wondering what stores I should take in. Not looking for any average stores, looking for a must see or two.

Thanks,
David

nashville area must see stores. They don't exist.

If you go to the big one you must see fish dying of ich and a lame coral selection consisting of mostly softies. If you go to the other one you must see that they don't have anything because they sell it as soon as they get it. The only other shop in the area worth going to is fishey business in bowling green, ky. It is under an hour drive from nashville and mitch is a good guy with a decent selection of corlals most of the time. All in all I like his store best and go there the most often even though it is a longer drive.

Yeah, they are actually on my list to stop at. I pass Bowling Green on the way up to Louisville.

Anywhere there that gets nice Zoo's at all?

Louisville

Louisville

In Louisville there are a couple of pretty good ones. None that I would call outstanding.

These are the the 3 I would suggest visiting.

Sandy's Pet Shop - Coral selection is pretty good. Fish selection is pretty good.

Aquatica - Coral selection is usually good. Not a whole lot of fish

East End Aquatics - Lots of fish!!! Coral selection is sometimes good and sometimes so so.

others

There are a couple of Feeders Supply's that carry reef stuff but not all of them do. Brownsboro Rd and Preston Hway have reef/salt stuff.

Pet Place

Greentree Pet Center in Clarksville, IN right across the river.

I tried to stop at Aquatica last weekend, but I got there about 20 minutes late. Looked nice from peekingin the window. I was a little shocked everyting was closed to 5:00 there.

Aquatica is bad about that. It is just the owner and his wife, and sometimes they close early.

I would call ahead before going there.
