need 1st fish advice....to quarantine or not? census

hey everyone i know quarantine is best but how many of you guys quarantined your first fish? i plan on getting two false perc clowns......should i quarantine them? or just acclimate them. I alread have cleanup crew, and some coral in my tank.... been up for almost 2 months now

Yep, the best thing you can do is quarantine. It's easy and in the best interest of your fishes health. Why put them in the main tank, then see that they have a diseases of some sort. You would need to just remove them and treat them in QT.

Save yourself the steps.

ok... ill be picking up a 20 gallon tank soon then...IF i bought 2 clowns. How often should they be fed?

Twice a day would be best if you can manage it. A wide variety of foods too. They are normally pigs and eat just about anything.

Get tank bred if you can.
