Need a quality maintenance company

Can someone recommend a reliable quality maintenance company that actually does a good job?

My sister in law has gone through two and they both start out doing a great job and then it seems they get lazy.

IMO, it's not just about going in cleaning glass, changing water, and siphoning sand. To do the job well, they should also be replacing media, cleaning skimmer neck and cup, cleaning filter pads, testing, cleaning pumps, etc.

Is there a company that does that? Or do they all just kind of do the easy routine maintenance?

If anyone has some suggestions, please let me know.

I forget the name right now but I have seen a company dwtn that seems to be on the ball, I'll try to get the name. Also I know that strictly fish does maintenance and includes charges to things like puragen
