need an efficient return pump

im planning a 130gallon tank and would like an energy efficient return pump from my sump. any suggestions on size and brand would be appreciated. thanks

check here , has wattage draw for a few pumps.

I would consider a smaller Reeflo (Snapper or Dart). Might seem large but they can be restricted back (and wattage drops) plus are fairly quiet.
