hi. Was cleaning my glass and moved some substrate and then saw this worm come out. Not sure if this is a fireworm or bristleworm? Please help me identify and then what to do. Thanks

IMHO, no tank is complete without a healthy population of bristle worms. They are one of the very best detritivores you can have in your system.

Fire worms are so rare (depending on source of rock) that in multiple decades of reefing I have never seen one, nor have I seen a live eunicid. OTOH, you can get rock sources that give you waaay many of these. Bristleworms of any sort are good. I treasure my big ones: great cleaners and they don't move much from their 'hole.'
