Bump. I have one of those BigLOT timer and it wouldn't even run my fuge flouresant light.

Been a while. Just finished my new one for my new tank:

The top three DJ panels are controlled by my ACII and the bottom two are just switch controlled.

OMG thats alot of power cords! Looks like you have alot of them rolled up.. I would have cut them to length. The shorter the better. That seems like alot of switches.

Melev, don't know. It has only been plugged in for testing. I can't imagine they will get too warm, although I did install 4ea 80mm fans that blow directly into the "wire wad".

8ball, I thought about shortening the wires. I figured though that would mean I had 70 cords unrolled at once. I will probably clean it up a little bit and test it out one more time before it goes live. For now I'll just call her ENIAC.....lol

Ok so here is a view of what I will be using. There will be a brain in the lower left corner that has an astronomical clock and unlimited timers. It can also do low voltage inputs for sensors such as float switches. Also the 9 button panel with LED indication laying in the enclosure will be mounted up next to the tank to remotely control any 9 of the 16 relays. I got 4 circuits hooked up now with more coming.

Brought this back up for some help.

I tried wiring a GE timer and with an outlet for my lighting unit (T5).

The light blinks on and off. Tech support for the timer says this is a sign that it was wired incorrectly. They didn't have an electrician to help me find out how.

Any help from the electrical savvy members would be helpful. Here are pics on how I wired it.

Check the battery in the timer....My timer was acting flaky coming on or not coming on at scheduled times. From the quick glance at your pictures they everything appears to be wired right.....Double check the instructions one more time....But I also suggest check the battery in the timer device..
