need help plumbing sump for my octopus

I need help plumbiung my sump for my octopus

let me start by saying this is a 240 gallon fish aquarium

and taht I have two overflows in the tank, thats one overflow in each corner

I also have two holes in each overflow,
a drain and one hole is for the return

questions are , is that my bulkheads are double threaded , meaning that they are theading on the inside of the bulkhead and the OUTSIDE of the bulkhead

Can I get a pipe that fits over teh bulkhead and screws on or do I have to screw the pipes on the insides of the bulkhead ???

usually inside. the outside threads are to attach to the tank via large nut. I don't see why you could not use the outside threads though...
