need lights. WTB WHOLE SETUP

what type (PC, MH, T-5) of lights are you looking for?

i was hoping for some MHs.
dont really care what style. maybe i should explain myself.
i work for a moving company, and the other day, a lady gave me 6 tanks for free.
a 55gal, 29, gal, 3 10gal and a 5 gallon.
right now im up in the air on messin with the 5gal or the 29 gal.
money is a factor, as well as space time and livin conditions.
i was thinkin if i can get i 60-70watt MH, ill set up a 5 gal sps tank.
or if i can get 150-175watts of MH i might do a full blown mixed reef in the 29
just dont know.....
