Need new lights...

My pefecto starter 2x35watt strip is dieing- and I have a green light from the boss lady to get new lights.

Limited budget- less then 250 dollars preferably.

I was looking at

Option a is the t5's

48'' 216 watts w/lunar

Option b is the Compact's

48'' 260 watt w/lunar

Roughtly the same price (~200 dollars before shipping)


Any thoughts?

I myself would get the T-5's they seem to last longer than the PC's do. there intensity is better also.
Since this is only going over a FOWLR honestly any light will suffice. You will be happy with the T-5's

Well- its a fowlr cause I didnt have nice lights before that I will eventually one day add corals and stuff. Tank needs to mature some.
