I'm moving to SoCal and I'll be selling off my livestock but I can't imagine trying to pull the rock out to catch to sell the fish one by one from a 200g+ tank. What is my best option here?
Sell all coral, then move most of the rocks to the sump so you still have filtration, and net the fish.
Depends on how much time you have. Maybe list everything you have from gear to livestock and provide bulk price vs part out price? Sorry to see you go, but congrats on your new plans.

I'm more worried about fish than corals and I highly doubt anyone has a 180+ and is ready for all the fish I have at once :lmao:
I am tempted to just take them all to aquatic collection though just to get it over with. I'm going to have enough things to worry about with selling the house. Maybe I'll sell as much as I can on one day and trade in whatever doesn't sell?
if you list what you have for sale, you can get a gauge of what people are interested in or not.
Honesty if you list all your fish and sell it cheap enough . Set a day and time, people will line up at your door to take them out [emoji38]. At least this way all ur livestock will be gone in one day.I know that people will be interested. I'm more concerned about logistics in this thread. I've never sold fish out of a large tank before and it seems like it would be a pretty big chore if I have to do it multiple times over the course of several days or a week+.

It's seems like the OP doesn't want to sell. We offered numerous good ideas.
One more thing Where are you located?
