need sunpaq ballast replacment,please help

Hi

I have a sunpaq retrofit system.My ballast went out on me and need to order a new one.The model number is 1552, 96 watt 1 lamp.

I looked on the web site and was hard finding replacement parts.Can I order a replacement ballast for my retrofit? I tried to call custmer service just now and was unable to get thru to anyone
