Need to borrow or buy an ORP probe

Does anyone have a new or slightly used ORP probe that I could buy or even borrow to see if mine is working correctly? I live in Longmont.

Hey Wes! I have one you can use. I'm not sure how much I'll be around today, though. We were inside the house most of the day yesterday and my kiddo's chomping at the bit to go out and do something. I could leave it in my mailbox, though, if you want to come and pick it up.

Sorry I didn't call you. I am glad you found it in your secret hiding place!!

I am with the opinion that they are very persnickery! It is very dependant on where you put them, how clean they are, how new or old they are, etc...

I am just trying now to keep mine at a steady or level amount that doesn't dip too low or go too high. I found a scientific controller on ebay reasonable that will monitor pH and ORP with an ORP probe with it. It will be coming soon. I'm anxious to see how it will help measure and regulate it better.

Thanks again for the lend. It was valuable information to process what's next.

Cool! I'd like to hear your thoughts about the new (more accurate?) monitor. I agree with you about placement, etc., really affecting the results. I also still can't figure out why my ORP goes down everytime I do a water change. That just doesn't make sense to me. The only time my ozone ever comes on is right after a WC.

Anyway, good luck!
