Neon Green On My Rocks

What is the NEON Green stuff growing on my rocks. it almost looks as if its glowing. its not that bright right now, but it gets brighter as it grows. it looks almost artificial. but its nice. can someone tell me what this stuff is?

Does sound like green coralline. I have some on my rocks too, and it does make them look nice.
