new algae growing.

I am starting to see some kind of algae growing on the back of my glass. It looks clear and has small air bubbles in it. What kind of algae is this and what is the best way to get rid of it.

How long has the tank been up?

I think if I try to take a pic....it will not come out. I can try. The tank has been up for over two years now.
