New Clam

I've got these little (1/4 inch) tan starfish crawling on my maximas shell. Will they hurt him?

I don't know about your clams, but I've heard of them eating corals especially SPS.

Yeah I'm not thrilled that they're in my tank; I bet I've got hundreds of them. The good news is I've never seen them hurt anything and I've got acropora, euphyllias, shrooms etc...

If you decide you want to get rid of them you could buy a harlequin shrimp.

There are two kinds of those, one eats corals and the other eats junk/crap.
