I have a NEW (used only about an hour to test a Wavysea)
Eheim 1250 - submersible or external water pump -
317 gph - retail $70 at Premium Aquatics. $55.....

Sorry, not interested in the 1250, but if you don't mind, what did you think of the WavySea's performance? I've read where there were tank mount issues.

The Wavysea is a cool toy....mounting was not a problem, unlike the
Sea Swirl it can be mounted vertical or horizontally. It is dead quiet
and can rotate 360 degrees. Also comes with a controller which
can determine different angles and speeds. It cost a little more than
its main competitor the Sea Swirl - but in the long run well worth it.
This device is going to put the Sea Swirl out of business. I have no
affiliation with the Wavysea whatsoever. HTH Dennis
