New Life Spectrum--fish food for mantis?

Hello everyone, I was wondering if anyone here feeds their mantis with regular fish food (dry pellets) ?

I picked up some New Life Spectrum Jumbo Fish Formula (Hormon-free color enhancing food) from LFS. Just wondering if any fellow mantis owners also feed fish food to mantis.

I usually feed him 1-2 pellets every other day as a supplement to his live ghost shrimp, feeder fish and fozen food diet. The pellets are about 5mm cubes.

My mantis seems to eat it like candy.

I have used a variety of pellets. I would not rely on them alone, but in my opinion, the more varied the diet the better.

Lately I have been using a lot of jumbo freeze dried krill with a drop of Selco placed on the krill before I give it to an O.s. Growth, color and molting success all seem to be improved.

I feed a big varity of fresh and frozen with some Selco on the frozen. He gets findler crabs live, ghost shrimp live and frozen scalps, shrimp etc. I quess he is spoiled.
