That is a beautiful M. peltiformis you have there. Mine has more of a blue polyp to it.

Yes, they are very nice! Mine has the purple polyps and I love it! Took me about 5 months before I found a happy spot in the tank for it. Now it is taking off quite well. BRIGHT highlighter green/yellow growth!

that is a sweet looking Monti Oldude! Sorta lime colored base

Very nice Dude. I split one last week with another local. Here is a pic of mine. Polyps r more blueish in person hard to capture the true colors on this one for me. The base was brown when I got it but I knew what it was and you can see the yellow starting to come in on the edges.

the yelllow turns to more of a neon green in higher light IME. if you like the yellow, position it lower in the tank.

i have a piece as well, the mother colony actually started plating, great polyp color.
