I am happy to say that my nitrates are down drastically. I put the 19" HOB CPR refugium on about 3 weeks ago and my nitrates have droped to 20ppm. Current para are
Ammonia 0
nitrite 0
ph 8-8.3
nitrate 20
calc. 450
alk 10
phos 0

i was thinking of taking them up to 150ppm. i want that really good coral growth you can only get from high nitrates

i heard phosphate it really good for the growth of the pods in your fuge.... try bumping up the phosphates a bit. try spittin in yo tank
