I started to repopulate the tank yesterday. it went for a month with nothing but the corals in it. Now it has the scooter blenny and the cleaner shrimp and a regular percula clown in it. Ill add more later of course but we want to take this really slow.

Oh yeah, has anyone had any experience with Kent marines reef essentials?

I wouldn't bother with any additives just yet. Just keep up with your regular water changes and water parameters. Only thing I would recommend monitoring very closely is NO2/NH3, pH, and alkalinity, and maybe Ca.

Remember, if you don't have much in the tank, there isn't anything using up all the nutrients that can't be replenished by the salt mix in a water change.

Well see thats what the additives are for. Calcium and strontium and other needs for the corals.

The only thing I add to my tank is fish food. Like kscrimshaw
said If you are doing water changes all the additive you need will be replenished .
