Just got back from Premium Aquatics...

Purchased a new 24g AquaPod with 70w HQI...
Added 20lbs of Live Rock and 15lb of Live sand...
Hopefully this will scratch my itch since I got rid of my 75g reef!

I never used Halides before, my last setup had 440 watts of VHO's and I kept a little bit of everything, even had sucess with croecea clam...

What can I NOT keep with this setup?

I thought I would start with a school of 3 yellow tangs:)

But really what limitations do I have light wise?

p.s.
PREMIUM Aquatics people were super! Very helpful and went out of thier way for me! Great prices and tons of great products, livestock!

Yeah it was packaged with it... Has 12 moonlights on it as well (6 blue, 6 white) with all light switches independent.

Can't wait till it clears up to start aquascaping..

3 yellow tangs are a no no for a 24 gallon tank. In fact one yellow tang is a no no. YT's require a minimum of 40 gallons, as they like to swim a lot. Putting a YT in a 24 gallon tank is just torture.

I think he was joking....and IMO 1 yellow tang requires a min of 75gal.

Does anybody have any recommendations on coral limitations with this lighting? What should I NOT try?
