New to REEFING

Hello all? I am new to this and forum clubs and am excited to be a member of the Upsate Reef Society. I want to learn all the things I can and meet as many of you as possible some day.I hop eto have a great time with this.

the worst thing (IMO) a new reefer can do is try to learn via the internet. Pickup yourself a few good book and read, read, read.

I recommend The Consciencious Marine Aquarist.

One last thing...This hobby requires alot of patience. Only bad things happen quick; expecially in reef keeping.

That book is a good book. I would recommend it as well. Also here are some really good links that will give you tremendous information and a jump on things.
